I’ve been playing around with a slightly different approach to linework and colouring and I love it! I was getting bored of my process so this is a welcome change, yet its not different enough to make me feel lost.

Part 1 of Volume 3 of the Real Monsters is finally out!
I thank you for all your patience in waiting for new designs and I also appreciate all the suggestions for new monsters. ADHD was a tricky design to get right but I think I did it justice, in the education and stigma reducing aspects. I will work on the last half of this volume throughout the year.

ADHD was a really tough design so It went through many interactions. The purple hummingbird-inspired sketch was an idea from my good friend @faboogu that really helped unlock the design. Also included is an alternative version of the shifted effect that I love, but makes my eyes bleed! It literally took 4 years to come up with the final design!

We did another batch of Zesty-Fakemon to celebrate hitting a follower goal on Twitch! During the process of working on these we hit the next goal so I’ll do another round soon!
Each design is an original Pokemon style design, based on a subsriber or follower’s name and them as a person in general. Fun times!
